Job summary

Premier Inn is seeking an Ecommerce Executive to shape online performance and customer journeys from its office at Chancery Lane. You’ll work with the Ecommerce Manager to execute domain plans, support experimentation programmes and drive improvements that impact revenue, conversion and satisfaction.

This fast-paced, highly collaborative role spans product, analytics, marketing technology and commercial teams, offering exposure to performance analysis, testing strategies and personalisation

Qualifications

E-commerce experience in a digital role supporting performance and customer journeys.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing: setup, measurement, analysis and reporting.
Experience using data to deliver personalisation and optimisation of digital experiences.
Confidence with KPIs, trend analysis, tagging/tracking and reporting.
Experience managing digital content, onsite updates, and brand-aligned content.

Responsibilities

Lead or support experimentation programmes to optimise online performance.
Collaborate across product, analytics, marketing technology and commercial teams.
Translate ideas into measurable improvements for revenue, conversions and customer satisfaction.
