Job summary

Whitbread is seeking an Ecommerce Executive to shape and optimise our online performance from Whitbread Court, Dunstable. You will work within the Commercial & Marketing team to drive revenue, conversions and customer satisfaction through data-driven initiatives.

You will collaborate across product, analytics, marketing technology and commercial teams, executing domain plans and supporting experimentation to translate ideas into measurable results.

Qualifications

• E-commerce experience in a digital role focused on commercial performance.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
• Experience delivering personalisation and optimisation for digital journeys.
• Proficiency in analytics, KPIs, tagging and performance reporting.
• Content management experience with onsite updates and brand alignment.

Responsibilities

• Execute domain plans and support experimentation to drive online performance.
• Analyse performance trends and translate insights into improvements.
