Job summary

ARNE, a UK-based apparel and footwear brand, seeks an Ecommerce professional to manage content, merchandising, and on-site UX across web and mobile platforms. You’ll coordinate product storytelling, optimise search, and drive conversions while maintaining the ARNE brand standards.

You will collaborate with product, content, studio, and SEO teams to deliver timely releases, improve navigation, and report on performance metrics. A strong fashion ecommerce background is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ecommerce experience, preferably in fashion.
• Experience using a Search and Merch tool automation and rule sets.
• Experience uploading Content across multiple platforms.
• Experience using Google Analytics.
• Experience with Ecommerce platforms, third-party plugins and CMS systems.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the Search and Visual Merchandising across websites and mobile app, using a mix of manual and AI driven product positioning.
• Ensure products are merchandised across collections to maximise sales while maintaining brand standards.
• Work with product and merchandising teams to align product positioning with content.
• Upload and manage website and app content through the Shopify CMS.
• Coordinate imagery, copy and assets with content and studio teams.
• Utilise content to support conversion and new customer reach across site.
• Provide regular reporting on product performance, search analytics, and navigation usage.
• Complete competitor analysis to improve site functionality and conversions.
• Assist categorisation and navigation across collections, filters, and menus.
• Support product and category management including pricing, taxonomy, navigation and categorisation.
• Assist with bi-weekly product releases and ensure timely launches.
• Ensure data upholds brand guidelines and customer experience.
• Collaborate with SEO agency to optimise on-site SEO.
• Work with data team to enhance user journey and optimize conversion.
• Stay informed on Shopify best practices and e-commerce trends.
