Job summary

Brellis Recruitment Ltd in Warwickshire is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to own online performance and drive digital growth for a design-led brand. This is a full-time, office-based role with a focus on revenue, CRO and optimization across direct-to-consumer channels.

You will lead performance marketing across Google Ads, paid social, SEO and email, while managing marketplace listings and shaping the brand's digital strategy with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Proven ecommerce or digital marketing experience in a commercial role.
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels.
• Confidence with ecommerce platforms; Shopify experience is a bonus.
• Proactive, data-driven and hands-on in approach.

Responsibilities

• Own ecommerce revenue growth, CRO and AOV across the company site.
• Plan and run performance marketing via Google Ads, paid social, SEO and email.
• Manage and optimise listings across Amazon and other marketplaces.
• Turn data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
