Lt Talent is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to own the DTC business for a founder-led beauty brand. You’ll manage the Shopify site, trading, merchandising, launches and promotions across UK and US.

Collaborating with the MD and commercial teams, you’ll drive CRO, subscriptions, loyalty, and reduce churn, while overseeing the paid media agency and analyzing CAC, ROAS and LTV. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in ecommerce management or DTC trading
• Advanced Shopify experience with a track record of growing revenue
• Hands-on experience with subscription, loyalty, reviews and attribution apps; plus Klaviyo and GA4
• Experience managing paid media agencies and reading performance data
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and a sharp eye for detail

Aufgaben

• Run day‑to‑day trading and the promotional calendar across the UK and US
• Own CRO, from A/B testing to landing pages, product pages and checkout
• Grow subscriptions, loyalty and repeat purchase, and reduce churn
• Manage the paid media agency, keeping a close eye on CAC, ROAS and LTV
• Own weekly and monthly reporting, turning data into clear commercial decisions
