Job summary

NAMED COLLECTIVE, a London-born fashion brand, is seeking an ecommerce-focused coordinator to support launches and manage product data across our online stores. You will work closely with Product, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing and Merchandising to ensure accurate listings and optimized searchability.

You will manage stock in Shopify, help with visual merchandising, and contribute to site improvements through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of ecommerce experience.
• CMS experience; Shopify preferred.
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets, comfortable with advanced formulas.
• Experience with product building and ongoing product management.
• Based in London and eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute product building for new launches via CSV uploads with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure stock in Shopify is accurate for online stores.
• Keep product listings up-to-date, optimized for search.
• Review tagging and categorisation in Shopify to improve discoverability.
• Assist with visual merchandising to drive conversion and maintain brand identity.
• Support website audits to verify site information accuracy.
• Refine processes to improve product building critical path.
• Assist with site development UAT for new site features.
