Job summary

GSF Car Parts is seeking an Ecommerce Administrator to support the order journey from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and high levels of customer satisfaction. You will handle manual orders, resolve issues with Dispatch, and assist with post-purchase problem resolution in a growing team.

The role requires prior administration experience in a fast-paced environment, with strong data entry, IT skills, and the ability to work across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong data entry and accuracy.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process orders requiring manual intervention using order management and in-house systems.
• Deal with orders flagged with issues from Dispatch.
• Resolve delayed orders by liaising with Dispatch.
• Source products to ensure order fulfilment.
• Process credit-refund requests from Customer Support.
• Handle credits/refunds from customer returns, including warranty returns.
• Contact customers using messaging tools as needed.
• Support Customer Support with ad hoc requests.
• Create and maintain reports in Excel.
