Job summary

GSF Car Parts is seeking an Ecommerce Administrator to join our Ecommerce team. You will ensure orders are processed accurately across the order journey and maintain a high level of customer service in a fast-growing environment.

You will handle outgoing and incoming orders, resolve issues with Dispatch, source products to fulfil orders, and support the Customer Support Team with Excel reporting and ad hoc requests.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient data entry and IT systems use.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process orders requiring manual intervention accurately using order management systems.
• Resolve issues flagged by Dispatch.
• Handle delayed orders and liaise with Dispatch.
• Source products to ensure order fulfilment.
• Process credit-refund requests from Customer Support.
• Create and maintain reports in Excel.
