Job summary

GSF Car Parts Limited is seeking an Ecommerce Administrator to oversee the order journey, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across orders and a high level of customer service. The role supports the Ecommerce team with order processing, issue resolution, and data reporting.

The successful candidate will have prior administration experience in a fast-paced environment, strong IT/system skills, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced administrative roles.
• Proficient with IT and multiple workplace systems.
• Accurate data entry and process-driven approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Process orders requiring manual intervention accurately using order management systems.
• Address orders flagged with issues from Dispatch.
• Handle delayed orders by liaising with Dispatch.
• Source products to fulfil orders and ensure delivery.
• Process credit/refund requests from the Customer Support Team.
• Process credits/refunds for returned orders, including warranty items.
• Contact customers using messaging platforms as needed.
• Support the Customer Support Team with ad-hoc requests.
• Create and maintain reports in Excel.
