Job summary

Fanatics Inc seeks an Ecommerce Order Management Associate to coordinate the daily flow of orders across UK/EU channels from our London office. You will monitor fulfilment, maintain reports, and work with warehouse, logistics and eCommerce teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires experience with Excel and Shopify, strong organisational skills, and effective communication. It is a full-time, on-site position, operating five days a week in a busy retail logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Logistics or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or order management.
• Proficiency with OMS and platforms such as Shopify or Magento.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with Jira or Linear is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily flow of orders from multiple e-commerce channels.
• Ensure orders are transmitted through eComm and warehouse systems accurately and within SLA, coordinating between the warehouse, logistics, and eCommerce teams.
• Track orders throughout the fulfillment process, ensuring that orders are shipped on time and tracking information is returned to the Shopify platform
• Address and resolve any order issues, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure accurate fulfillment and delivery to customer.
• Serve as point of contact for the customer service team regarding order status, shipping details, product availability, and any issues with orders.
• Proactively communicate with the customer service team regarding delays, product availability, or potential shipping issues, providing clear, accurate and timely updates.
• Track and coordinate order cancellation needs.
• Work closely with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and flag discrepancies.
• Utilize the general fulfillment layer (GFL), the OMS, and Shopify for order inquiries and troubleshooting.
• Generate ad hoc reports on order volume, fulfillment rates and other KPIs; analyze trends and bottlenecks to suggest improvements.
