This is a role for someone ready to take ownership, grow, and make an impact.
You’ll join a collaborative and truly independent agency environment, managing campaigns across a mix of sectors including finance, retail, food and drink, and leisure. The work is varied and creative - think Meta, TikTok, influencers, full-funnel strategy, and constant testing - and the team is trusted by clients to push boundaries and explore what works.
We’re ideally looking for an established manager or someone ready for their first official step into management - perhaps from a senior exec role - who can lead confidently on delivery while nurturing and developing junior talent. You’ll be mentoring a smart Exec who’s eager to learn, so people leadership will be a key part of your day-to-day.
