Job summary

Confidential in Mansfield is seeking an Ecommerce Account Executive to look after existing customers, manage day-to-day queries and coordinate with internal teams to deliver requirements smoothly and on time. This is a non-sales role focused on service, problem solving and ensuring things happen, with a salary of 28,000-32,000 depending on experience.

You'll develop strong relationships with clients, support quotations and reporting, and help improve service delivery across ecommerce, fulfilment

We're looking for several Ecommerce Account Executive's to join a growing ecommerce and fulfilment team for various clients in the Mansfield area

This is a non-sales role. You'll look after existing customers, manage day-to-day queries and coordinate with internal teams to make sure requirements are delivered smoothly and on time.
