Job summary

Zachary Daniels is recruiting an Ecommerce Executive to join an established online retailer based in Crewe, UK. The role focuses on day-to-day ecommerce operations, product listings, promotions, and improving the customer experience across digital channels.

You'll work closely with the Ecommerce Manager, supporting launches, managing data quality, and helping to drive performance across UK and European markets. Salary £30K-£35K DOE.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce, online retail or product administration.
• Knowledge of Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms.
• Strong Excel skills and data handling.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Interest in online trading, website performance and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Create, upload and maintain product listings across Shopify, Linnworks and other sales channels.
• Ensure product descriptions, imagery, pricing and data are accurate and up to date.
• Support online promotions, pricing updates and ecommerce trading activity.
• Coordinate new product launches, ensuring products are ready to go live.
• Support international ecommerce activity across European websites.
• Assist with conversion rate optimisation, website testing and performance improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve product listings, processes and the online customer experience.
• Work closely with the Ecommerce Manager on wider growth initiatives.

Ecommerce Executive | Crewe | £30K - £35K DOE | Online Retailer

Zachary Daniels is recruiting for an Ecommerce Executive to join an established and growing online retail business operating across the UK and European markets.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the operational side of Ecommerce, has a great eye for detail and wants to play an important role in driving online performance.

Working closely with the Ecommerce Manager, you'll support product launches, manage online listings, coordinate promotional activity and help improve the customer experience across multiple digital channels.

The Role

As an Ecommerce Executive, you'll be involved in the day-to-day running and development of the business's ecommerce platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating, uploading and maintaining product listings across Shopify, Linnworks and other sales channels.
• Ensuring product descriptions, imagery, pricing and data are accurate and up to date.
• Supporting online promotions, pricing updates and ecommerce trading activity.
• Coordinating new product launches, ensuring products are ready to go live.
• Supporting international ecommerce activity across European websites.
• Assisting with conversion rate optimisation (CRO), website testing and performance improvements.
• Identifying opportunities to improve product listings, processes and the online customer experience.
• Working closely with the Ecommerce Manager on wider growth initiatives.

About You

We're looking for a proactive, organised and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive who enjoys taking ownership and making things happen.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience in Ecommerce, online retail or product administration.
• Knowledge of Shopify or a similar ecommerce platform.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with product data.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive approach with a willingness to identify and resolve issues.
• An interest in online trading, website performance and customer experience.
• Experience with Linnworks, international ecommerce or European languages would be advantageous but isn't essential.
