Job summary

Airbox Fulfilment is seeking a proactive Ecommerce Account Manager to be the day-to-day partner for a portfolio of brands, ensuring accurate order fulfilment and exceptional service. You will collaborate with Warehouse Operations to align stock, inbound deliveries and dispatch performance, while resolving issues before they escalate.

In this fast-paced logistics environment, you’ll drive customer satisfaction, manage inquiries, and support launches and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Ecommerce Account Management, Customer Success or Client Services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience within ecommerce, fulfilment or third-party logistics (3PL)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook and Excel
• A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving ability
• Someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships and helping customers succeed

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of ecommerce and direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands
• Acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day customer queries
• Ensuring customer SLAs and service standards are consistently achieved
• Working closely with Warehouse Operations to coordinate inbound deliveries, stock management and dispatch performance
• Managing courier issues, shipment delays and customer escalations
• Supporting product launches, promotional campaigns and peak trading periods
• Analysing customer performance and recommending operational improvements
• Building trusted, long-term relationships that help our clients grow

We work with a variety of high-profile brands, including Hoodrich, The Rugby World Cup, Billionaire Boys Club, Wild Cosmetics and Naked Wolfe, managing their logistics and fulfilment operations efficiently.

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, customer-focused Ecommerce Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll become the day-to-day operational partner for a portfolio of ecommerce brands, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately, customer expectations are exceeded and operational issues are resolved before they become problems.

Working closely with our Warehouse Operations teams, you’ll help clients scale their businesses through exceptional communication, planning and service.
