Job summary

Stantec is seeking experienced Ecologists to join our growing UK team. You will work across nationally significant projects, delivering ecological surveys, assessments and reporting while supporting clients from early planning through to delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ecological surveys, assessments and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of UK wildlife legislation, planning policy and environmental regulations.
• Experience preparing EcIA, PEA, BNG and protected species reports.
• Ability to manage projects, build client relationships and provide technical guidance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ecological expertise across a diverse portfolio of projects.
• Support clients from planning through to project delivery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to balance development and biodiversity.
