Job summary

Veolia Group is seeking a Digital Transformation Officer to join the South East Digital Treatment team. The role focuses on data optimisation, reporting improvements and back-office process redesign to enable smarter, paper-free operations.

You will work with operational teams to ensure accurate, real-time data and collaborate with product teams to leverage new technology. Training and change-management support are key parts of the remit.

• Proven experience in analytics or business change support.
• Strong data reporting and data management skills.
• Excellent communication with diverse end users.

Responsibilities

• Support data-driven decision making for the South East Digital Treatment team.
• Improve reporting, streamline back-office processes, and reduce paper use.
• Maintain high-quality operational data and real-time reporting.
• Collaborate with product teams to optimise systems and implement new tech.
• Deliver digital training and end-user training for operations.
• Contribute to product roadmaps with central product teams.
• Ensure managers can access MI to inform decisions.
