Job summary

Veolia UK in City of London is seeking a Digital Transformation Manager to reduce administrative workload by automating back-office processes and elevating data quality to meet client needs.

You will own and deliver product roadmaps with the central operations team, work with operational colleagues to turn data into actionable insights, and apply the latest technology to drive efficiency and digitise services on a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operational or analytical management supporting business change.
• Strong data skills and use of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and relationship management; able to explain complex data clearly.
• High problem-solving ability and independence.

Responsibilities

• Own and rethink back office processes to remove unnecessary paper processes and support national project rollouts.
• Deliver product roadmaps with the support of the central operational systems team.
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure data and reporting are used to improve efficiency and performance.
• Use latest technology to optimise efficiency and drive improvements through smarter use of existing systems or new technology.
• Develop and implement technology to drive digitisation of services and automate processes as much as possible.
• Support the implementation of our digital training strategy to deliver operational end-user training.
• Support our teams with service changes, driving efficiency through routing improvements using GIS technology.
• Manipulate large datasets to perform service analysis as part of work on our operational systems.
