Accountabilities:
SALES:
- Examine customer data and develop offers for products and services (cost/price creation).
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities with prospective and existing customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, engaging with customers and suppliers.
- Manage internal inquiries, liaising and supporting to enable the business to present products and identify related service opportunities.
- Assist in producing quality bids with key supply chain partners.
- Support the sales team for Freyssinet products and services, including Freyssicare whole life services.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify key specifiers and prepare targeted documents for consultants and contractors.
- Maintain sales reporting using CRM tools (Salesforce), updating pipeline opportunities and tenders regularly.
SITE/CLIENTS VISITS:
- Visit clients and sites to examine and prepare technical proposals, including asset condition investigations focused on whole life solutions.
- Maintain client contact through attendance at exhibitions and conferences.
TECHNICAL COORDINATION:
- Coordinate the production of layout, assembly, and detail drawings for product applications.
- Review installation processes and identify improvements to support service and operation teams across the UK.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications, liaising with international technical teams.
- Create and issue works orders, schedules, and assist with drawing modifications.
TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT:
- Review and support development of structural product reports, focusing on whole life and replacement strategies.
- Support inspections and site visits to assist clients and regional teams.
- Develop and promote product solutions to add value, including new products and services related to Freyssicare.
- Contribute to business improvements through innovative ideas and solutions.
- Travel within the UK for client visits and role support.
