We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.


About The Role

Join us as a Sales Analyst at Reckitt, where you'll transform data into strategic insights. Your analysis will help increase revenue, profit, and market share, guiding our sales teams toward smarter decisions and impactful results. Combining finance and strategy, your insights will enable precise management of trade investments. Your responsibilities
  • Produce analyses that drive actionable insights, influencing sales strategies and brand growth.
  • Develop reporting processes to track and measure business performance, enabling informed decisions.
  • Monitor market shifts and competitor movements to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion.
  • Execute strategic account plans with a commercial focus to meet Reckitt's goals.
  • Streamline processes to identify opportunities for the sales & trade marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain and improve reporting mechanisms at local and global levels.
