Re7 Capital is a London-based cryptoasset investment firm. Re7 utilises our deep crypto network and proprietary data infrastructure to drive investment decisions for a number of DeFi and alpha strategies. We also work with leading projects and blockchains to design their DeFi ecosystem, provide on-chain risk curation, and vault management services through Re7 Labs. Re7 has a dynamic team with a strong background in investment management, data science, and crypto.

We are looking for a talented DeFi Account Manager to support our Re7 Labs business by growing and managing new and existing relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with L1 & L2 foundations, crypto asset issuers, DeFi platforms and protocols, distribution partners, and crypto whales to ensure Re7 is top of mind and the first choice for new opportunities.
  • Filter, manage, and convert inbound leads, assessing viability and profitability, and propose business cases for approval.
  • Work closely with the Re7 Labs team to ensure engagement opportunities and information flows are responded to promptly and accurately.
  • Identify industry themes and growth trajectories that Re7 can take advantage of.
  • Capture, consolidate, and synthesize feedback on Re7's products and services to keep pace with changing requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven track record with 3+ years of experience in business development and/or account management within the crypto industry.
  • Experience building lasting relationships with a diverse range of DeFi/Crypto clients.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and results-focused, with ownership and accountability for delivering results.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership.
