Job Description

We are partnering with a leading diabetes company to create a new opportunity. They are at the forefront of insulin delivery and monitoring and are seeking a regional sales manager to cover the East and West Midlands.

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to lead the Diabetes division's sales operations across the specified UK regions. This role is crucial for strategic growth, supporting product adoption, and managing a high-performing regional sales and technical team. The successful candidate will play a key role in executing the company's commercial strategy and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with national and corporate objectives
  • Lead, manage, and coach a team of sales and technical professionals to exceed performance expectations
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within healthcare organizations
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and address performance gaps proactively
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Clinical Education teams to support business goals
  • Drive product adoption and brand loyalty through customer engagement
  • Conduct field visits and performance evaluations to ensure team effectiveness
  • Use market insights to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven success in healthcare or medical device sales with a track record of meeting revenue targets
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to interpret market data
  • Effective communication, coaching, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders
  • Experience in highly competitive markets is desirable
