We are seeking a dedicated Regional Sales Manager to support our customer base in the South East of England and London. The role involves responding to and supporting customer inquiries, as well as developing opportunities to promote and secure new business. The responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a sales environment, preferably Business-to-Business (B2B) and/or within the healthcare industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory.
Additional requirements include a strong desire to succeed, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. The role may involve working independently and using initiative; therefore, the ability to work effectively without supervision is essential. Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and good mathematical ability are also important.
Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is essential.
This is a full-time position, based on 40 hours per week, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Applicants must be able to reliably travel daily for customer visits. Some visits may involve overnight stays, which will be covered by the company if previously approved. The successful candidate is expected to complete a planned visit to the company headquarters in Debenham, Suffolk, at least twice per month.
The position offers a competitive salary with a bonus structure.
The successful candidate will be provided with a Volkswagen EV as their company car (availability may not be immediate but within the first year of employment).
