Pro4orm People Ltd has partnered with a leading pharmaceutical company to find an experienced Key Account Manager. Our client is part of a global pharmaceutical company specializing in women’s health.

We are seeking experienced individuals with a successful sales background in the pharmaceutical industry to join our client’s commercial team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about women’s health and who enjoys working in a dynamic environment. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your region and make a direct impact on the business as it continues to grow. Our client is a true partner in women’s health across the UK.

This role covers the North East of England region.

Responsibilities:
  1. Execute the strategic plan to achieve sales targets and manage the promotion of the portfolio, ensuring customer engagement is aligned.
  2. Plan, launch, and promote products within the women’s health portfolio.
  3. Deliver all necessary market access activities.
  4. Develop local advocates and deliver a meeting program.
  5. Plan, launch, and promote medicines using data and market insights to create and implement a strategic business plan at ICS level.
Requirements for the Role:
  • A solid background in key account management within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience engaging with all levels within the NHS; experience preferred or demonstrated ability.
  • Experience in product launches.
  • Strong strategic business planning skills.
  • Excellent data analysis skills.
  • Understanding of how national and local NHS drivers influence healthcare priorities and women’s health.
  • Experience securing formularies and a strong sales record.
  • Full driving license.
