Overview: Gopuff is looking for a Junior Operations Supervisor to join the Operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, the Junior Operations Supervisor plays an essential role at Gopuff, requiring drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm. This role is a core part of the Site leadership team, responsible for ensuring high operational standards at our MFCs to deliver timely and accurate service to our customers.

Customers turn to Gopuff for their everyday essentials—day and night, rain or shine. We're building a team of thinkers, dreamers, and risk-takers ready to reshape retail faster than ever. And it doesn't hurt if you like snacks.

Responsibilities during your shift:

• Leading: Manage and guide the warehouse team, leading by example, training new members, and being confident in processes and products.
• Picking and packing: Accurately pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Delivery Partners: Support the management of Delivery Partners to ensure smooth delivery experiences.
• Issue resolution: Contact customers regarding substitutions or out-of-stock items.
• Goods Inbound: Receive products from vendors, ensure counts match purchase orders/invoices, and resolve discrepancies.
• Stock management: Organize inventory, conduct cycle counts, manage waste, and oversee partnerships like TooGoodToGo.
• Warehouse management: Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse aligned with operating standards.
• Health and Safety: Support onsite health and safety compliance and testing.

About You:

• Experience in restaurant, retail, or warehouse environments.
• Basic knowledge of web-based software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, responsibility, and honesty.
• Organized, team-oriented, positive attitude, and helpful.
• Flexible availability during operational hours (7am - 3am).
