Overview:

Gopuff is looking for a Junior Operations Supervisor to join the Operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, the Junior Operations Supervisor plays an essential role at Gopuff, requiring drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm. This role is a key part of the Site leadership team, responsible for maintaining high operational standards at our MFCs to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers.

Customers rely on Gopuff for their everyday essentials—day and night, rain or shine. We are building a team of thinkers, dreamers, and risk-takers eager to reshape the retail landscape faster than ever. And it doesn't hurt if you like snacks!

Responsibilities:

1. Leading: Demonstrate leadership by example, managing staff on shift, training new team members, and being confident in processes and products.
2. Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack items for dispatch based on orders.
3. Delivery Partners: Assist in managing delivery partners to ensure smooth delivery experiences.
4. Issue Resolution: Contact customers regarding substitutions or out-of-stock items.
5. Goods Inbound: Receive products from vendors, ensure counts match purchase orders/invoices, and resolve discrepancies.
6. Stock Management: Store products in inventory locations, conduct cycle counts to minimize out-of-stock items, and manage waste and compliance, including our partnership with TooGoodToGo.
7. Warehouse Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse aligned with operating standards.
8. Health and Safety: Support onsite health and safety compliance and testing.

About You:

• Experience in a restaurant, retail, or warehouse environment.
• Basic knowledge of web-based software applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Strong work ethic: punctual, responsible, honest.
• Effective communication skills.
• Organized, team-oriented, positive attitude, and helpful.
• Flexible and available to cover shifts during operational hours (7am - 3am).
