Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Director/Sales Manager to lead the commercial expansion of our innovative laboratory spectrometer designed for nano-medicine formulation analysis. This role involves driving sales across Europe and potentially beyond, in a rapidly growing market segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and engage potential customers, building strong relationships across target industries.
  2. Develop and manage a sales pipeline, converting opportunities into deals.
  3. Present the technical and commercial benefits of our patented laboratory instrumentation.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams on marketing, customer support, and business development strategies.
  5. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, positioning it as a market leader.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Experience in selling scientific instrumentation, particularly UV/Vis spectroscopy or related fields.
  • Proven track record in sales within analytical instrumentation markets.
  • EU work permit required.
  • Location: Wolverhampton, UK or Ireland.
