We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Pastoral Lead to join our dynamic pastoral support team within a growing academy. You will support the Pastoral and Senior Leadership Teams to enhance student achievement, foster positive behaviour, and promote a strong sense of identity and belonging across year groups.

Pay rates quoted will include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the possibility of becoming permanent later.
