Job description

Location: Redditch

Salary: Up to £35,000 + Commission

Benefits: Company Car, Fuel Card

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive and increase sales within the designated geographical area.
  2. Identify and develop new and existing business accounts.
  3. Collaborate with a close-knit team to maintain high standards of business excellence.
  4. Take initiative and work independently to achieve sales targets and goals.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Strong work ethic and ambition.
  • Proven ability to effectively sell products and services.
  • Determination to succeed and meet targets.
  • Excellent communication and customer care skills, both face-to-face and via telephone.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Capable of independently planning, organising, and working to tight deadlines.
  • Smart and presentable appearance.
  • Team player mentality.
  • A valid UK driving licence.
  • Sales experience, preferably within the electrical industry.
  • Proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound knowledge of local infrastructure.
