Assystem seeks an Engineering Manager for the Electrical, Control, and Instrumentation (EC&I) department within the Fusion and Modular Nuclear Business Unit. You will coordinate and lead projects across EC&I, supporting the design and delivery of cutting-edge SMR nuclear power plants, ensuring on-time and on-budget outcomes.

With a strong technical background in EC&I and experience managing complex, safety-critical programmes, you will drive excellence in the power industry while collaborating

Competenze

• Experience in EC&I design and management within highly regulated industries.
• Strong leadership and programme management capabilities.
• Familiarity with lifecycle stages, design phases, configuration management and safety-critical programmes.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage EC&I technical programmes covering the product lifecycle.
• Plan tasks with attention to dependencies and cross-functional integration.
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated EC&I solutions on time and within budget.
• Monitor and adjust scope, budgets, and resources for EC&I programmes.
• Support Chief Design Engineer in crafting resourcing strategies and cost oversight.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements across programmes.
