Job summary

Tribal Group is seeking a hands-on Professional Services & Customer Advisory Consultant with strong Tribal EBS knowledge or extensive FE/adult-learning systems experience. You will deliver, configure and improve EBS for colleges, leading workshops and turning requirements into working solutions, while managing customer relationships remotely.

You will own delivery, guide discovery workshops, and support go-live, testing, training and adoption across several colleges, balancing priorities within

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Tribal EBS or student-record systems in FE/adult learning.
• Proven ability to deliver software solutions and lead workshops.
• Experience working with customers and stakeholders remotely or face-to-face.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on EBS implementation, configuration and improvement work for customers.
• Lead discovery and process workshops, turning college requirements into workable EBS solutions.
• Support requirements, configuration, testing, training, go-live and adoption.
• Own customer relationships, answer software questions and resolve issues directly.
• Plan delivery, manage deliverables and keep customers informed throughout the project.
• Manage several customers and priorities independently within a supportive remote team.
