Head of Commercial Development - Not-for-profit/Charity - Hospitality/Drinks Sector

Flexible Location (South of England) - £70,000 - £80,000 package plus excellent benefits

Overview: Tonic is partnered with a UK-based, successful, and commercially driven not-for-profit/charity organization. They are seeking to appoint a Head of Commercial Development to join their Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This role is vital to their ongoing success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement commercial strategies to increase revenue and growth.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  3. Lead market analysis to identify new opportunities.
  4. Work closely with the leadership team to align commercial goals with organizational mission.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in commercial development or business growth roles, preferably within the not-for-profit or hospitality sectors.
