Job summary

Alliance Automotive Group (AAG) is seeking an experienced eCommerce Manager to lead the commercial performance of multiple eBay storefronts. You will develop store-specific strategies for assortment, pricing, promotions, and customer experience, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales and margins.

The role involves cross-functional leadership, setting KPIs and forecasts, and monitoring marketplace dynamics to identify opportunities and risks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of e‑commerce or marketplace experience, including managing eBay operations.
• 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
• Strong financial and analytical skills across sales, margin and performance.
• Advanced spreadsheet proficiency and experience with ecommerce data tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance of multiple eBay storefronts including sales, margin, traffic and conversion.
• Develop store-specific strategies for assortment, pricing, promotions, advertising and CX.
• Set goals, KPIs, forecasts and operating plans for each store.
• Monitor competitor activity and marketplace changes to identify opportunities and risks.
• Present regular business updates and actionable recommendations to leadership.
