Qualifications

Scope of Job, Duties & Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the monthly preparing of the profit and loss accounts
• Assist with monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with creation of monthly management dashboard
• Assist with monthly forecasting
• Assist with yearly budgeting process
• Ownership of Eden construction industry scheme tax obligations (in the UK and ROI)
• Review current finance processes and look to implement improvement
• Preparation of packaging data for Eden and The Marmon Group Ltd
• Support the team with yearly audits (both internal and external)
• Monthly account reconciliation of key vendor accounts
• Prepare manual bank payments as requested
• Own the Eden overseas payment process
• Assist with ensuring Eden follows all corporate policies and remains up to date with any changes
• Assist team with preparation of customer margin reports
• Offer support to the accounts team as a whole (i.e., Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger)
• Ad-hoc duties as dictated by business needs

Qualifications & Education Requirements

• Part Qualified or Qualified CIMA/ACCA

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role

Preferred Skills & Knowledge

• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good team player
• Manufacturing background is an advantage
• Microsoft Navision experience
• US GAAP knowledge is an advantage
• Knowledge of MS Office
