Are you a commercial leader with a strong track record in enterprise sales? Have you closed complex, high-value deals with financial institutions and fintech’s? Do you enjoy leading and developing high-performing teams in fast-paced environments?

If so, this role may be worth your attention.

A global cross-border payments platform is hiring a Head of Enterprise Sales to drive and lead UK growth. This is a high-impact position, both strategic and hands-on, where you will lead the sales function, build pipeline, close key partnerships, and manage a growing BD team.

The Opportunity

You will report directly to the CEO of Global Businesses, with full ownership of the UK business development strategy. Your focus will be on landing major deals with banks, fintech’s, platforms, and large corporates involved in international trade while building and scaling a high-performing sales team.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the end-to-end sales strategy across the UK market
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing business development team
  • Build and execute an enterprise pipeline focused on financial institutions and strategic platforms
  • Structure, negotiate, and close complex commercial deals with C-level stakeholders
  • Represent the UK market internally and influence product roadmap and GTM decisions
  • Develop scalable sales processes, performance metrics, and team playbooks

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, business development, or partnerships in fintech or financial services
  • Strong understanding of payments, FX, APIs, and embedded finance
  • Previous experience leading and scaling commercial or sales teams
  • Proven ability to close high-value, complex deals with regulated institutions or enterprise clients
  • A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in both start-up and enterprise settings

This is a key leadership role in a fast-scaling global business, ideal for someone with both team-building experience and personal commercial credibility in the enterprise space.
