Class 2 Building Control Surveyor

Our client is seeking a qualified Class 2 Building Control Surveyor. While candidates with a Class 2D-F qualification are ideal, applications from those with a Class 2A or higher will also be considered.

• Rates are negotiable based on experience, up to £75/hour for the right candidate.
• There are two positions available, both on an interim basis.
• Initial contracts are for 3 to 6 months, with a likelihood of extension.
• Hybrid working arrangements are available, balancing site inspections with remote work.
