An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS or CIOB) seeking a flexible, well-paid position with a growing and reputable Building Surveying practice. This firm specialises in delivering expert surveying and project services to residential management companies, major housebuilders, and private clients across the UK. Owing to a strong pipeline of work and consistent growth, an experienced surveyor is now required to join the team.

The Role Includes:

• Fully remote working – no regular office attendance required
• Projects primarily based in London, with occasional work across Bristol, Southampton, Kent, Essex, and Cambridge
• A broad workload including major works, long-term maintenance programmes, party wall matters, building pathology, and cladding/fire safety remediation
• The opportunity to manage projects from instruction through to completion with a high degree of professional autonomy

• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (site travel required)
