As a Senior Surveyor with Nifes, you will:

  • Support the development of the Assets Division, focusing on sustainable growth, compliance, governance, and client retention.
  • Assist in expanding the customer base to contribute positively to Bellrock Group’s growth and financial performance.
  • Be a proactive team member, demonstrating our company culture and behaviors.
  • Undertake survey work as directed by the Service Lead or Lead Consultant.
  • Participate in project meetings and keep relevant stakeholders informed.
  • Take a senior role in projects, overseeing surveyors.
  • Collaborate across divisions to achieve targets and provide seamless client service.
  • Deliver professional and exceptional service to clients.

What does it take?

  • To develop networks and collaborate, managing and promoting new business opportunities, especially in Bellrock Consulting services.
  • To attend and contribute to Asset Division CPD Meetings.
  • Support colleagues as needed.
  • To create innovative approaches to work issues, questioning traditional methods.
  • Personal motivation, enthusiasm, and career commitment.
  • Knowledge of the Building Surveying market, with up to 5 years of experience.
  • Ability to deliver Condition/6 Facet surveys across Oakleaf and NIFES brands.
  • Proficiency in IT to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Adherence to CRM, CASE, and Quality Management processes.
  • Support the development of the Assets service line and other Business Units.
  • Support and train surveyors and new staff.
  • Follow industry practices and legislation for competent service delivery.

Working arrangements

We promote flexible, remote working where roles allow. The successful candidate will work from home Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional site visits and a lunch break.
