Access Training (East Midlands) is seeking an experienced assessor/trainer to deliver high-quality Early Years & Teaching training. You will work with employers to tailor delivery, review progress and ensure qualification attainment across a varied learner cohort.

The role requires TAQA assessor qualification, substantial education experience, and a valid driving licence to cover local travel around the Nottingham area.

Qualificações

• Significant experience working within education settings.
• TAQA assessor award or equivalent.
• Grade C/Level 2 Maths and English.
• Driving licence and own transport.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver high-quality training to learners in collaboration with employers.
• Manage a caseload of learners and monitor progression towards targets.
• Review learner progress in workplace and off-the-job training and set targets.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate records for quality assurance.
• Support learners and employers in achieving Maths and English qualifications.
