John Taylor Multi Academy Trust seeks an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant to support planning adjustments and learning activities for pupils with an EHCP and to provide learning support in Early Years.

The role includes intimate and personal care, safeguarding, and liaising with parents. It is a fixed-term, part-time post (19 hours weekly) with pro rata salary based on Grade 4, SCP 6-7 (£26,847–£27,274 pa full-time) and actual salary £11,910.95–£12,100.39 pa.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils in Early Years settings.
• Ability to adapt resources to meet individual pupil needs.

• Support the teacher in adapting planning and resources for a pupil with an EHCP.
