We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years supply teacher in the Redditch area, where the development and wellbeing of children take priority. Role Overview

As an Early Years Supply Teacher, your responsibilities include delivering planned lessons and activities, maintaining a safe and engaging environment, and stepping in to teach in the absence of the regular teacher. For daily roles, you follow existing lesson plans; for long-term roles, you will create lesson plans, with pay adjusted accordingly.

You will address challenges, including safeguarding concerns, which should be reported to the designated teacher or Safeguarding Lead (DSL). This role offers flexibility and the chance to positively influence children's learning and development while enjoying the benefits of supply teaching.
