Early Years Supply Teacher job ad

You will be working with Hays Education, one of the largest recruitment agencies within primary schools in Worcester. We are currently recruiting Early Years Supply Teachers who can teach from Reception to KS2 or specific stage/year groups on a day-to-day basis as well as in long-term roles. Long-term roles may cover sickness, PPA time, course cover, management release time, paternity/maternity leave, and interventions. Some roles may require planning; if so, you will be paid to scale for this. As an Early Years Supply Teacher, you will teach in a classroom in the absence of the regular teacher, delivering lessons from plans provided, marking books, and providing feedback. You will observe behaviour and ensure all children follow the behavioural policy, reporting any issues to the on-duty DSL. You may support different schools daily or work at the same school long-term, full-time or part-time. Supply work offers flexible scheduling to fit your commitments.

• Good knowledge of the primary school National Curriculum across various year groups.
• Ability to adapt to different teaching methods and environments confidently.
