You will be working with Hays Education, one of the largest recruitment agencies within primary schools in Worcester. We are currently recruiting for Early Years Supply Teachers who can teach from Reception through to KS2 or specific stage/year groups on a day-to-day basis, as well as in long-term roles. Long-term roles may cover sickness, PPA time, course cover, management release time, paternity leave, maternity leave, and interventions. This role may or may not require planning; if planning is required, you will be paid to scale.

As an Early Years Supply Teacher, you will be working in a classroom teaching children in the absence of their original teacher. Your responsibilities include delivering lessons from plans left by the class teacher, marking books as per policy, providing feedback, observing behaviour, and ensuring children follow behavioural policies. Any safeguarding issues should be reported to the on-duty DSL. You may support different schools on a day-to-day basis or work at the same school long-term, either full-time or part-time. Supply work is flexible and can accommodate your other commitments.
