Job summary

Inspire in Sheffield is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to drive day-to-day care, learning and development in a dedicated team. You will lead by example, mentor colleagues and ensure children feel happy, safe and inspired to reach their full potential.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent), extensive Early Years experience, and a strong EYFS knowledge base. DBS check is required, with opportunities for professional growth and a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent.
• Experience in an Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS.
• Passion for delivering outstanding care and learning.

The Role

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or an equivalent recognised qualification)
• Experience working within an Early Years setting
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS
• A passion for delivering outstanding care and learning experiences
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
