Job summary

Thrive Education is seeking enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to join our team and support nurseries and pre-schools across Gloucester and surrounding areas.

Choose when and where you work with flexible day-to-day supply, including short-term and long-term placements. A Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent is preferred, with DBS and a caring approach to helping children learn through play.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience working in nurseries, pre-schools or Early Years settings.
• A caring, positive and reliable approach with a passion for helping children learn through play.

Responsibilities

• Deliver flexible supply cover across nurseries and pre-schools in Gloucester.
• Adapt to day-to-day needs, from settling new starters to leading activities.
• Support children through play, story time, and outdoor learning in varied settings.

Thrive Education is looking for passionate and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to join our growing team, supporting fantastic nurseries and pre-schools across Gloucester.

Whether you're a qualified Level 2 or Level 3 Practitioner, an experienced Nursery Assistant, or have a background in Early Years, we'd love to hear from you!

What does supply work look like?

No two days are the same! One day you could be helping settle new starters into a baby room, and the next you'll be leading messy play, story time or outdoor adventures with a preschool group.

We work with a range of welcoming Early Years settings across Gloucester, offering everything from:

• Day-to-day supply cover.
• Short-term and long-term placements.
• Full-time and part-time opportunities.
