StroudFlexible Monday–Friday Work | Competitive PayLove working with children but don't have a formal childcare qualification? You don't necessarily need one. Thrive Education is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Early Years Assistants to support nurseries, preschools and Early Years settings across Stroud and the surrounding areas. We're interested in people who have previous experience working with children and want to build on that experience within Early Years. Your experience could come from a nursery or preschool, but we'd also love to hear from people with backgrounds in schools, SEN support, children's clubs, after-school clubs, holiday clubs, sports coaching or other childcare environments. Whether you're looking for 1–2 days a week, regular full-time work or something longer-term, we'll work around your availability.
Never worked in a nursery before? Don't let that automatically put you off applying. If you've built strong experience working with children in another environment and think your skills could transfer into Early Years, we'd still like to hear from you.
Fancy giving Early Years a try? Applying doesn't mean you're committing to anything. Your experience with children could be the start of something new.
