Thrive Childcare is hiring an Early Years Practitioner Level 3 at Thrive Frodsham Hill. The role focuses on delivering high-quality EYFS education and caring for children in a nurturing nursery environment.

The ideal candidate will have Level 2/3 EYQ, EYFS knowledge, and strong communication with families, while contributing to a collaborative team. Options for full-time or part-time roles are available.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
• EYFS knowledge or training preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers.
• Observe, assess, and track children’s progress.
• Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding childcare.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating nursery environment.
• Continue your professional development as an Early Years Practitioner.

Salary:£13.75 per hour (Level 3)

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Thrive Frodsham Hill.This role is ideal for an experienced Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Practitioner, or Nursery Nurse looking to grow within a supportive and forward-thinking childcare setting.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality early years education and care, ensuring every child has the best start in life.

Key Responsibilities – Early Years Practitioner

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Support children’s learning, development, and school readiness
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers
• Observe, assess, and track children’s progress
• Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding childcare

Requirements

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
• Experience working as an Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Practitioner / Nursery Nurse (preferred)
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
