Thrive Culcheth, Warrington is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our nursery team. You will deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework, supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing.

This role suits an experienced Nursery Practitioner or Nursery Nurse looking to grow within a supportive childcare setting. Full time and part-time options are available, with excellent career progression opportunities at Thrive Childcare and Education.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
• Experience as Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Practitioner / Nursery Nurse (preferred).
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Support children’s learning, development, and school readiness.
