Job summary

Thrive Culcheth, Warrington is seeking a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our team and help deliver high-quality early years education in a nurturing setting.

As an Early Years Practitioner you will support children's learning and development, build strong relationships with families, and contribute to a safe, stimulating nursery environment in a role offering full-time or part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential.
• Experience as Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Practitioner / Nursery Nurse preferred.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Support children’s learning, development, and school readiness.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers.
• Observe, assess, and track children’s progress.
• Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding childcare.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating nursery environment.
• Continue your professional development as an Early Years Practitioner.
