Thrive Childcare and Education is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for Thrive Grosvenor House, Chester. You will help deliver high‑quality learning, development and wellbeing in a safe, nurturing nursery environment that prioritises every child’s start in life.

The role suits experienced practitioners, with a Level 3 EYFS qualification, good EYFS knowledge, and a caring, proactive approach. You will plan activities, monitor progress, work closely with families and colleagues, and support

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
• Experience working as an Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Practitioner / Nursery Nurse (preferred).
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Support children’s learning, development, and school readiness.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers.
• Observe, assess, and track children’s progress.
• Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding childcare.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating nursery environment.
• Continue your professional development as an Early Years Practitioner.

Salary: £13.75 per hour (Level 3)

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Thrive Grosvenor House, Chester.
