Thrive Childcare and Education is seeking an experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our Corner House team in Trafford Park. You will deliver high-quality early years education and care, ensuring every child has the best start in life in a warm, nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential.
• Experience as Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Practitioner / Nursery Nurse preferred.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Support children’s learning, development, and school readiness.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers.
• Observe, assess, and track children’s progress.
